The Extreme Jerk Chicken Lesson

I love jerk chicken and last week I experienced the hottest, most extreme jerk chicken I have ever had. This was all due to an error while preparing the dinner. We all had a good time and laughed at the mistake. At the same time, there are some valuable lessons to learn about communication.

From this experience, we learn that some of the keys to good communication are:

  • Mistakes will happen when there is a lack of good communications
  • Avoid distractions
  • Instead of playing the blame game, learn from the experience
  • Avoid making assumptions
  • Ask questions to make sure you understand

All good points that we often need to be reminded of.
