With all that is going on in the world right now it is easy to start feeling depressed and discouraged. In those moments, we can stop the downward spiral by giving thanks.
When we are feeling down, no need for medications or alcohol, the answer is to give thanks in our circumstances.
Motivation Challenge – Each morning write down three things you are thankful for, then post it on your computer monitor or some place where you will see it through out the day.
